POLICE have charged a female teen over the alleged stabbing of a 16-year-old Pakenham girl outside Fountain Gate Shopping Centre last week.
A 16-year-old Narre Warren girl was arrested and charged with attempted murder and intentionally causing serious injury by Casey Crime Investigation Unit (CIU) detectives on Tuesday 9 June.
The girl has been remanded in custody after facing children’s court on Wednesday.
Police have alleged the teen stabbed Pakenham girl Monica Hawkins in the neck in Magid Drive at 1pm on Friday 5 June.
She has been remanded in custody to appear at a children’s court.
