POLICE are appealing for the public’s help following a spate of thefts from cars across Pakenham.
At about 2.40am on 28 July, a 2008 Holden Astra was alleged broken into on Broadhurst Road.
Police said a GPS valued at $200 was stolen from the car which was unlocked at the time.
On the same night police report, a Ford was broken into on Oaklands Way and sunglasses worth $500 were stolen. The car was also unlocked.
Between 5pm on 27 July and 3am on 28 July, a car was broken into in Belvedere Court in Gembrook but nothing was stolen.
In Melissa Way, a ute was broken into and sunglasses were stolen.
There were also burglaries in Cherry Blossom Chase, Olivia Court and Elderberry Way.
In these incidents, clothes, towels and sunglasses were stolen.
A handbag was also stolen from a car in Syme Road as well.

In Caitlyn Drive, an Apple iPad was stolen and in Highview court an iPhone was stolen from a car.
There were also burglaries from cars in Thwaites Road, Craft Court and Tipperary Court.
