Volunteers honoured

THREE tireless volunteers in Casey have been thanked for their contributions to the community.
At a recent presentation at Government House, Sylvio Lebret, Patricia Siaboulis and Grace Woltanski were presented with awards for their service to the multicultural community.
The John Pandazopoulos Hall Committee of Management members will also receive letters of congratulations signed by Casey mayor Colin Butler and River Gum Ward councillors Janet Halsall and Wayne Smith.
Governor of Victoria Professor David de Kretser presented all three volunteers with medals and certificates.
Mr Lebret is committee treasurer and member of the Silver Edge Mauritian Senior Citizens Club committee.
Ms Siaboulis is committee secretary and a Berwick Greek Senior Citizens Club member .
Ms Woltanski is committee vice-president and a member of the Casey Hungarian Senior Citizens Club committee.
