Triple treat for Hallam’s post office team

HALLAM Post Business Centre has scored a hat-trick, having been judged the best in Australia for the third year in a row.
The award is part of Australia Post’s annual National Excellence Awards and Warren New, who took over in July, said the award was a credit to the previous manager, George Landolfo.
He had been at the business centre since 2000, but Mr New said that he hoped to keep up the good work practices that Mr Landolfo had put in place.
“The success at Hallam is due mainly to working together as a team and being focused on customer service,” said Mr Landolfo, who now manages Nunawading Business Centre. “It’s the effort and commitment of all the staff at Hallam and getting to know the customers that has resulted in this award being given for the third year in a row.
“The fact that we’re coming off a very high standard from the previous year it is really a remarkable achievement.”
