BERWICK funk band The Landlords will launch their new single at an all ages Friday Night Fever event in Narre Warren next month.
The group, who won the Spectrum Entertainment battle of the bands in 2006, are returning to the Narre Warren Learning Centre for the show and will debut Free The World. The single will be available at the show for $5.
Other bands including 22 Strings, Pataphysics, Dane Certificate and Electrik Dynamite will also perform on the night.
Casey director of community services Jennie Lee said: “Casey is home to many talented bands and five of them will be playing at the next FReeZA gig. Featuring some original rock ‘n’ roll beats, the evening is sure to be full of variety and fun.”
The Landlords will play on Friday 14 September at 6pm.
The gig is a fully supervised, drug and alcohol-free event.
