Holiday program packed with exciting, fun ideas

THE popular City of Casey teenage school holiday program is on again.
The program is packed with things to do and places to see during the upcoming spring holidays, according to Casey director of community services Jennie Lee.
“A highlight will be our Youth Fest Day from 10am to 3pm on Wednesday 3 October at Arthur Wren Hall, Hampton Park,” she said.
“Free to the public, this event will feature sports, cooking, arts, DJ clinics, a barbecue lunch, a DJ playing over lunch, information on all the great things youth services have to offer, and a limited number of free showbags for participants.”
Ms Lee said other activities include an-up close and personal lion feed and safari at Werribee Open Range Zoo, two movies at IMAX Theatre, an indoor sports day at Casey Indoor Leisure Complex, a DJ clinic, ice skating and a bike ride from Docklands to St Kilda beach.
Transport is available for most activities.
Bookings are strictly limited and fill fast, so contact Casey’s customer service centre on 9705 5200 or visit www.insideinfo.casey.vic.gov.au for a booking form.
All activities are fully supervised and behaviour standards apply.
