Child grants on offer

CARDINIA Shire Council is encouraging early childhood services to apply for two grant programs which aim to improve the health and wellbeing of children in the municipality.
Grants of up to $10,000 are available to community groups to deliver the State Government’s Supported Parent and Playgroups Initiative and applications close on 14 August.
The Improved Family Health grants offer up to $7000 are for organisations to provide a variety of activities to support men caring for children.
Applications for the Improved Family Health grant close 1 September.
Grant guidelines and application forms can be downloaded from www.cardinia.vic.gov.au/children.
