MONASH University Berwick celebrated international style last week.
Many students took part in fun activities during Multicultural Week with belly dancing, African steel drumming and Bollywood dancing just some of events on show.
One third of Monash Berwick’s students are from overseas.
The campus offers both domestic and international students a rewarding cultural experience during their time studying at the campus.
Students and staff at the campus have taken part in the activities organised by the Berwick International Students Association (BISA).
“This vast array of activities is a true reflection of the many different cultures that are present on campus,” BISA president Non Adun said.
The highlight of the week was a costume competition where entrants wore their national dress.
“Multicultural Week celebrates the unique experience that we can offer at Monash Berwick,” Ms Adun said.
“Both local and international students are given the opportunity to learn about other’s cultures and an event such as this provides students with the chance to form friendships that transcend geographical boundaries.”
