High-flier drops in for breakfast

HAWTHORN Football Club chief executive Ian Robson will be a guest speaker at next week’s Cardinia Shire Council business breakfast.
The high-flying Hawk will talk about AFL clubs working with local government and communities.
Mr Robson is no stranger to the demands, nature and culture of working at the top of the administration chain in elite sport.
During his 20-year career, the Hawks CEO has worked in executive roles, marketing and project management in Australia, New Zealand and Scotland.
He has had much experience at high-profile sporting clubs, having worked at the Sydney Swans and at the helm of Rugby League side the Auckland Warriors.
The breakfast will be held on Wednesday 14 November at the Cardinia Cultural Centre.
Tickets are $35 each and can be booked by phoning Cardinia Development on 5945 0400.
