A dodgy disqualified driver came unstuck at a breath testing site on Henry Road in Pakenham on Tuesday night.
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) car flagged the driver as being disqualified on Tuesday 21 December.
When intercepted by the Cardinia Highway Patrol, the male driver stated his brothers details in an attempt to avoid detection.
However he was quickly revealed as the registered owner by a very distinct licence photo.
His vehicle was impounded for 30 days at a cost of $895.
