Camera’s eye on rogue councillor

At an in camera meeting last Tuesday, councillors discussed alleged confidentiality breaches from a previous in camera meeting involving Cr Richardson.
Council will now write to the executive director, Local Government Victoria, advising of its concern that councillor Richardson has breached the Local Government Act by releasing confidential information to the media.
The letter will also request that an investigation be conducted into the incident as a matter of urgency.
