Parkers bow out

SATURDAY pennant bowls for Hampton Park has come to an end. The club will go into next season with division 3, 5 and 7 sides and looks forward to an improvement on what has been a good season.
On Saturday in the first round of the divisional finals, the Parkers played Malvern at Murrumbeena Park, with the game being decided on the last end of play, Malvern 14-93 d Hampton Park 4-92.
Bruce, Allan, Keith and Ray lost 18-25. Rudy, Bob, Larry and Fred won 28-20. Les, Marion, Gail and Alan won 23-21. Kingi, Ann, Brian and Ray lost 23-27.

Noble Park 14-81 d Hampton Park 2-64. Geoff, Ray, Rob and Helen won 31-19. Dot, Jim, Neville and Denise lost 16-33. Andrew, Ann, Christine and Heather lost 18-29.

Elsternwick Club 10-59 d Hampton Park 2-51. Geoff, Lance, Sean and Neville won 26-14. Christine, Ann, Ray and Geoff lost 13-25. Bob, Andrew, Graham and Denise lost 12-20.
