The race for the minor premiership in the 2024 South West Gippsland Dart League will go down to the final round of matches with just a single point separating the two runaway leaders.
With Snipers securing a 13-2 win over Dart Vaders, compared to Predators’ 12-3 result over Hoodies, the Snipers hold a crucial edge in percentage heading into week 26 of this marathon competition.
Jordan threw a monstrous eight tons in a stellar night for Predators and climb into third on the Tons leaderboard with 114 for the season
Predators will face stiff competition from Cheers in a top-four round 26 showdown, as will Snipers when they go toe-to-toe with Gembrook.
Gembrook suffered a critical blow to its top four hopes, going down to Mud Rats 10-5 as the Rats locked-away fourth spot.
Fore and Railway are ending difficult seasons on a high, with both securing back-to-back wins in the last two weeks.
Fore remains in the box seat to hold onto a spot in the eight, with 26ers snapping at its heels, a game and percentage in arrears
Around the competition, Aaron threw a pair of 180s to make it four for the campaign, one of four to climb such heights, and Nugget made his way onto the list too, with his first of the year.
Mateo from Generals, meanwhile, moved into the top 10 for highest individual peg of the season with 99.
