Golfers offered a free shot at Pakenham

The recently reopened Pakenham Golf Course will be a hive of activity next week with juniors being offered a wonderful opportunity to hit golf balls for free.

The management team at Pakenham – Golf Services Management (GSM) – will be rolling out one of its regular community engagement programs at Pakenham Golf Course during the last week of the school holidays.

From Monday 22 to Friday 26 January, GSM will be offering free club hire and a free bucket of balls to juniors under 18, with no golf experience required to take part.

The week-long program provides the perfect chance for youngsters to experience the great joys of golf before regular clinics are held early in the school term.

GSM has announced that Junior Clinics will be offered at the Pakenham Golf Course throughout 2024.

The community engagement program coincides with a Titleist Fitting Day at the course, with limited sessions available between 3pm and 6pm on Thursday 25 January for those looking to upgrade their golf gear.
