Lang Lang reaches a magical milestone

LANG LANG GOLF

Lang Lang Golf Club is celebrating its 60th year and to mark this special occasion a lunch and golf day took place on Sunday with current members, past members and life members all coming together to celebrate the impressive milestone.

Although the weather was not fantastic, a great day was still had by all that attended.

Congratulations to Cheryl Stockdale and Lee Andrews for winning the Joy Kitchen Foursomes event with a gross score of 102, and also congratulations to Anne Schellekens and Betty Robertson for being the nett winners with a score of 73…well played to you all.

The Men’s 4BBB Championships was recently played and a playoff is needed to determine the winners.

Good luck to Bart McDonald and Levi Maxwell, and Gary Sosenko and Wayne Kennedy with the playoff.

Just a reminder that our Club Championships will be commencing shortly with Saturday 11 November being the first of three rounds.

Remember to book in quickly as this is always a very popular event.
