Outlook Australia has said farewell to someone very special to their community, Nicole Smith, who has brought warmth and laughter throughout nearly half her lifetime with the service.
Nicole has participated with Outlook for more than 25 years, first joining when it was formally known as Minibah.
Nicole is now moving on to the next chapter, and Outlook said she has left her mark, keeping staff on their toes as much as making them laugh.
From her early school days, through different programs and stages, Nicole’s journey eventually led her to Pakenham at Minibah, now Outlook.
Outlook will fondly remember the bus rides with friends, long-standing staff relationships, program days, celebrations and learning moments.
Outlook is founded on building fulfilling lives in the community and fostering independence and individuality. The service recently thanked Nicole at a farewell celebration for allowing them to be part of her journey.
The celebration was said to be filled with warmth, memories, laughter and love.
