From 7–14 February 2026, residents can drop off their green waste at the Future Recycling Transfer Station in Pakenham.

This free service gives residents a convenient and environmentally friendly way to dispose of green waste, in addition to the optional food and garden waste bin.

Residential green waste can be dropped off, including:

garden clippings

tree branches and trunks (up to 30 centimetres wide and 1 metre long)

weeds

grass clippings

leaves

flowers

Sunday 8 February: Closed

Monday 9 – Friday 13 February: 7:30am – 3:30pm
