Coles Lakeside held an ice bucket challenge on Saturday 1 June raising $1700 for the FightMND.
It was a cold day already, regardless eight people – team members and managers – took on the challenge.
$1700 raised through donations and the sausage sizzle is a high achievement for the first FightMND fundraiser run by the Coles branch.
“It was really to try and help raise more money, we sell the beanies, but we want to put more awareness out there.“
“We really thank the community for their support, getting behind us and coming out in the cold as well.“
