Paramedics responded to a crash in Kooweerup on the morning of Thursday 23 March.
The collision occurred sometime before 8am around Kooweerup North.
CFA, SES and Ambulance were called to the scene.
Two people were taking to Dandenong hospital, one man in his 60’s suffered upper body injuries and the other a man in his 20’s suffered lower body injuries.
Both men are in a stable condition.
A CFA spokesman said they responded to the incident at 8.01am and the incident was deemed safe at 8.51am.
