Police are appealing for help identifying a man who may assist in an investigation surrounding a theft of number plates in Pakenham on 19 February.
It is believed an offender attended the Pakenham business about 9am and stole number plates fixed to another vehicle.
Investigators have released an image of the man who may be able to assist with enquiries.
