Three… ways to unwind after work

1. Go for a walk

It’s good to get up and move at any time of the day, but it can also be the perfect way to clear your mind after a long day sitting behind a desk.

When you get home from work, try popping on your walking shoes and going for a stroll through your neighbourhood – it’s good for the mind, body and soul!

2. Avoid more screen time

While it’s tempting to start scrolling through your phone or to flick on the TV after a stressful day in the office, there are plenty of other screen-free activities you could try to unwind.

Whether you pick up a good book, run yourself a hot bath, or relax on the back deck with a glass of chilled Sauv Blanc in the sun – try something tech-free next time you clock off.

3. Join a club

There are plenty of good local clubs that you can be part of in the community – and a bit of socialising is always a great way to put a smile on your dial!

Be it sports, games or an obscure hobby group, there really is something for everyone, so check out your local community centre.
