Pakenham targeted by overnight burglaries

Two men have gone on a burglary rampage in a Pakenham shopping complex overnight of Saturday 8 January.

Police believe two male offenders forced entry into the Pakenham Central Marketplace shopping complex on John Street sometime between 2am and 2.30am.

Once inside, they broke into a beauty salon and two clothing stores before forcing entry into the car park, police said.

Police are working to determine what property was stolen during the burglaries.
