Princes Freeway smash

Police are investigating after a collision in Tynong North on Tuesday 21 December.

Police said its believed a silver Volkswagen and a white Mitsubishi ute collided on the Princes Highway near Brew Road about 5.25pm.

The occupants of the Volkswagen, a 23-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl, both from Upper Beaconsfield, were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Mitsubishi, a 30-year-old Moe man, was treated at the scene by paramedics.

The passenger of the Mitsubishi, a 57-year-old Warrigal man, was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
