Tigers’ tragics will have the chance to get up close with the 2017 AFL Premiership Cup this weekend.
Over the coming months, the cup is visiting regional Victoria and a majority of capital cities so Richmond’s beloved Tiger Army faithful can have a meet and greet with the 2017 Premiership Cup.
Cardinia Shire’s turn comes this Saturday, when the cup stops over at Officer Community Hub, 2 Parker Street, from 11am to 2pm.
A Richmond spokesperson said the club aimed to give as many of its fans as possible a chance to take a photo of the cup.
“But due to high demand, we cannot guarantee that all attendees will have the opportunity to view the cup and/or to take a photo, so we ask for your patience on the day, and for you to arrive earlier than the allocated time to ensure your place,” the spokesperson said.
As part of its state-wide tour, the cup will also visit Mildura, Echuca, Shepparton and Bendigo.
Fans welcome to Tigers’ hard-fought win
