By ANEEKA SIMONIS

A MAN accused of hindering police as they dealt with a separate allegedly felonious driver in a Pakenham fast-food car park found himself in cuffs.
At 8.30pm on Wednesday 25 November, police were speaking with a female driver over a traffic incident in the car park of the McDonalds on Princes Highway, Pakenham.
A 35-year-old Pakenham man who did not know the female driver being questioned approached police and allegedly began disrupting police.
The man was then charged with hindering police efforts, and then resisted arrest.
He was eventually arrested and released on summons.
