A MOVING Remembrance Day service was held at the Pakenham cenotaph yesterday morning. Local and international representatives laid wreaths at the event organised by the Pakenham RSL. World War II veteran Norm Joseph and his daughter and son-in-law Carolyn and Bruce Jenkins, who were visiting from Redding in England, joined in the wreat-laying ceremony .
