A KEEN group gathered in Pakenham to make the most of a free yoga session held on the weekend.
From 11.30am on Saturday 7 November, instructor Joanne de Vries led a yoga session surrounded by trees and luscious grassland outside the Lakeside Amphitheatre in Pakenham.
With fresh air in their lungs, these health-driven locals enjoyed learning some new moves on their yoga mats – including the tricky head stand.
