A WOMAN has been left with facial injuries following a daylight assault in Pakenham.
Police are appealing for help to locate the man responsible for the violent physical attack.
Senior Sergeant Graeme Stanley said the assault was believed to have taken place along John Street, Pakenham, near Maloney’s Pizza at 1.30pm on Sunday 1 November.
The woman was left with minor facial injuries as a result of the physical fight which broke out in broad daylight.
Witnesses believe a dog was present at the time and one of the parties had a bike in their possession.
Police are appealing for information in relation to the assault and urge witnesses to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
