LITTLIES worked up a sweat in the Kids’ Corner of a recent health and wellness expo in Pakenham.
On Saturday 17 October, the Cardinia Life Health and Wellness Expo made a return – offering a range of health tips and information over the one-day event.
Healthy meal and snack ideas along with ways to improve mind health and ease of breathing were among some of the services available at the event, which included stalls and group exercise opportunities.
A jumping castle, mini climbing wall and hot shot tennis arena were set up in the Kid’s Corner of the expo – providing endless fun to the younger audience.
Some put themselves up to the challenge of an athletic test as well as took part in group fitness classes including boxing and body balance.
