A PAKENHAM man is expected to be charged with theft of a credit card and a string of deceptive purchases using the card in the south-east.
Cardinia Tactical Anti-Crime Team investigators had been looking into the theft of the credit card from a car in Moore Mews, Pakenham earlier in the month.
Police allege the card was subsequently used to make purchases in Pakenham, Hallam and surrounding suburbs.
