A MAN who broke into a Narre Warren milkbar has been scared off by the proprietor.
The offender smashed the front window of the Anaconda Road store and climbed in, about 11pm on Sunday 5 July.
But he ran off after the proprietor came out from the back of the shop upon hearing the disturbance.
The male offender is described as Caucasian, aged in his late teens, and had a medium height and build.
Nothing was stolen during the incident.
