Matter of difference

CONGRATULATIONS to Councillor Rosalie Crestani (News, 2 July) for her stand against ’same-sex marriage’. Not many people are prepared, like her, to speak out against what God has so greatly condemned in the Bible – namely, homosexuality.
What matters in this issue is not so much what people say on Facebook or anywhere else, but what God, our Creator, says.
There is, in fact, no such thing as “same-sex marriage”. True marriage is, and always will be, only between a man and a woman. Anything else is a perversion of God’s commands.
Bruce Rayment,
Cranbourne East.
