More lots in central Officer

By KATHRYN BERMINGHAM

DEMAND for property in Melbourne’s outer Southeast continues to increase, with Officer’s Park Central recently increasing its land offering for the second last time with the new Madison Stage 6B release.
Positioned in the heart of Officer, Park Central features 65 completed homes with a further 23 under construction.
Pacific Properties general manager Steve Copland said there had been overwhelming interest in the development.
“This limited release of just 13 lots is the second last at Park Central, and is expected to sell fast. Buyers are encouraged to act quickly to secure some of the final pieces of sought-after land at this prime location,” he said.
The neighbourhood was designed to promote a sense of community, with a central park containing a children’s playground and public picnic area in close proximity to all lots.
Residents will have easy access to the proposed Officer Town Centre, featuring an extensive dining, entertainment and shopping precinct.
It also offers a great location for commuters, providing easy access to the freeway.
“The Madison Stage 6B release has something to suit a wide range of different buyers and budgets,” Mr Copland said.
“A number of 10.5m and 12.5m lots offer affordability for first home-buyers, while larger lots up to 615sqm present larger families with a rare opportunity to upsize to something extra special.”
For more information, visit the Park Central office on Rix Road, Officer; open from noon-5pm on Saturday to Wednesday or visit www.parkcentral.com.au.
