A FIRE started on a rural Pearcedale property after an alleged attempted theft last week.
The victim woke up around 3am at his Robinsons Road home to find smoke coming from a nearby farm shed after someone tried to burn a hole in the back of it with a blowtorch.
The shed was significantly damaged but no one was seen near the fire.
