POLICE have released CCTV footage of a person they want to speak to in relation to an erratic car chase through Narre Warren last week.
It’s believed police approached the black Honda Civic with no plates around 7.35pm on Thursday 9 April but the driver sped off.
Police pursued the car as it headed north on Shrives Road, near Webb Street, but soon abandoned the chase because the offender was driving too erratically.
Police have since released footage of a person they believe to be the offender, taken at a petrol station.
Anyone with any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or submit a confidential crime report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
