IT’S never too early for kids to learn how to stay healthy.
Casey parents showed this to be the case when they brought their children to the special free Gymbaroo Berwick Open Day on Tuesday, held in recognition of Active Casey Week running from 11 to 18 April.
The week-long event is a new initiative created by the City of Casey aimed at encouraging residents to get active and live a healthy lifestyle.
Community members have the opportunity to participate in more than 70 activities across the municipality throughout the week, hosted by a vast range of local groups and organisations.
