Come along for the ride

THE PAKENHAM Lions Junior Football Club will kick start the 2015 season with a bang with its Kids’ Day on the Oval at Toomuc Reserve this Sunday 29 March.
From 1.30pm to 8pm, the fun-filled family afternoon will take place on the senior football oval.
This will, on an official level, be jumper presentation day with each junior receiving their jumper for the season, on stage from a senior player, in front of family and friends.
The rest of the day will be about families and the broader community being welcomed to enjoy live bands, family entertainment and much more. Bring along a picnic rug and chairs and enjoy a relaxing afternoon.
Activities will include: jumper presentation, live bands, jumping castles, three-lane super slide, bungee challenge, specky events, kids’ rides and running drills hosted by Richmond Football Club officials.
Food drinks and alcohol can be purchased at the ground on the day.
Rides cost $2 each, $10 for six or $15 for unlimited rides.
The Pakenham Junior Football would like to encourage the wider community to join it for a great family day out.
