Man mugged

A 34-YEAR-OLD male on his way to work was the victim of a robbery in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Around 1.11am on Saturday 7 March four males approached a man walking along the South Gippsland Highway while two demanded money and attempted to steal his bag.
The victim refused at first before he was threatened after which he handed it over.
The four men then took off on foot down the South Gippsland Highway where the bag was later recovered.
Police ask that anyone with information contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
