Pharmacy strikes a chord

OPENING just over a year ago, PharmaSave Cardinia Lakes Pharmacy has quickly become an important part of its local community.
Owner and pharmacist in charge Ron Witney has more than 25 years’ experience in owning and running three successful community pharmacies.
Mr Witney said the staff had been pleased at the public response.
“We are overwhelmed by the community support we have had since the pharmacy opened,” he said.
“The community has really been behind us. It really lifts the heart of our team and encourages us to continue.”
The pharmacy offers competitive prices on prescriptions, everyday low prices on household goods, healthcare advice, easy blister medication management system and blood pressure monitoring.
“We stock a wide range of products, based on our local community’s needs, stepping outside the box of a traditional pharmacy.
“I pride myself in offering excellent customer service and healthcare advice, always putting the customers’ needs first.”
That customer service includes a loyalty club which includes a $10 birthday voucher for members and seasonal gifts with purchase offers.
As well as Ron, the business includes retail manager Mary, who has a long history in pharmacy and brings experience and knowledge across a wide range of products and services to the business. They are joined by experienced pharmacist Sarah, a mother of three, who has 15 years’ experience as a pharmacist.
Find them at Shop 6/140 Windermere Boulevard, Cardinia Lakes Shopping Centre, Pakenham. Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, Saturday, 9am to 5pm, Sunday, 10am to 4pm and public holidays, 10am to 4pm.
