Service performance to satisfaction?

By BEN CAMERON

THE annual community satisfaction survey conducted by Local Government Victoria will be undertaken within Cardinia Shire during February and March.
The phone survey samples 400 people in the shire and measures people’s perception of council’s overall performance and also performance in a number of services.
People are asked to identify themselves as users or non-users of council services, as well as providing their perception of how well the service is delivered and how important that service is to them.
People must be over 18 to take part in the survey.
Results from the survey will be mid-year and will be presented to council after initial analysis.
The results will also be made available to the community on council’s website.
