RICHMOND Football Club will put on a show for Cardinia Shire residents as they take to a Pakenham reserve for a highly anticipated training session ahead of the Australia Day long weekend.
The Tigers will train at Toomuc Recreation Reserve from 4.30pm on Friday 23 January which will be followed by a free kids’ football clinic led by the Richmond players.
Diehard fans will also have a chance of meeting their favourite players after their twilight training session.
The event is expected to draw a massive crowd that will build on the numbers that swarmed the team’s training session at Holm Park Reserve in Beaconsfield last year.
In addition to watching the team train, kids and families can enjoy a range of other activities including inflatables, face-painting, giveaways and prizes to be won.
The Parklea-supported event will provide food and drinks for purchase as well as onsite parking, merchandise and membership offers.
