Safe and spooky

Arena Shopping Centre is throwing a Spooktacular Halloween Party on Friday 31 October to celebrate Halloween while providing a safe and family friendly environment.
The event will be held at Arena Shopping Centre on the corner of Princes Highway and Cardinia Road.
It invites the local community to enjoy free Halloween themed kids’ arts and craft classes, face painting and games.
Children are encouraged to dress up in their favourite costume, trick or treating to the various stores around the centre and participate in all the activities.
The free after-school event is aimed at entertaining kids without parents having to worry about them roaming the streets and knocking on strangers’ doors.
Parents can shop in one of the many great stores Arena has to offer, organise dinner or relax and unwind with a coffee at Arena Café while the kids enjoy Halloween.
Georgina, Arena’s centre manager said: “We want to create a welcoming and safe environment for the families of Officer while celebrating the fun of Halloween.
“Parents can relax knowing their children are safe at Arena.”
Arena’s entertainment includes Halloween themed arts and craft class, Halloween themed face painting, Halloween games, colouring page, lucky dip, free Halloween cupcakes and gingerbread biscuits.
Visit arenashoppingcentre.com.au or Arena’s Facebook page for more details.
