THERE’S never been a better time to live in Cardinia and be over 50. The inaugural U3A Cardinia Seniors Festival kicks off with an art and craft exhibition and competition at the Pakenham Hall from 10am to 4pm on 8 October with U3A president Vanessa Van Gramberg urging all seniors to get among the action.
