TV special for display homes

By LACHLAN MOORHEAD

TWO stylish Berwick display homes are set to feature in a television special later this month.
The Berwick Waters display homes – The Grande and The Sinclair – will be showcased on Channel 7 at the end of September in the show ‘Australia’s Best Houses’, as an example of SJD Home’s impressive architecture, building and landscaping design.
The Channel 7 crew were on the ground in Berwick recently to complete the filming for the show, with host, Gary Takle, interviewing SJD principal Simon Dunstan about the new homes.
“We were very excited to be chosen to have our latest display homes featured on ‘Australia’s Best Houses’,” Mr Dunstan said.
“We’re very proud of the quality of workmanship that goes into each of our homes and the value and lifestyle options they offer our clients.
“We’re looking forward to showing them off to the rest of Australia when the show goes to air,” he said.
The Grande is a five-bedroom, luxurious two-storey home that includes stylish design finishes at an affordable price.
The Sinclair is a four-bedroom, single-storey home that incorporates a cleverly designed floorplan, and including a butler’s pantry.
Abode TV, responsible for creating ‘Australia’s Best Houses’, regularly showcases architecture from all over Australia.
The episode of Australia’s Best Houses will air on Channel 7 on Friday 26 September.
SJD Homes is currently a finalist in the Casey-Cardinia Business Awards.
