We pay for gobbledy gook

Councillor Geoff Ablett’s answers to Ray Baker’s letter regarding the Casey Cultural Centre are fanciful to say the least.
Who is going to pay for the interest on the “loan” and “external funding”? It will be the ratepayers.
If Cr Ablett wants to treat the ratepayers as fools, then his demise is near.
The problem with Cr Ablett is he may just get pre-selection for the Liberal Party and get into state politics – once there he can inflict his foolishness on all Victorians, not just the ratepayers of Casey. No wonder the general public is apathetic towards politicians when this sort of drivel and gobbledy gook is trotted out.
Arvo Talvik,
Cranbourne.
