A 16-year-old was arrested and remanded in custody for theft related charges in Pakenham last week.
The teen was spotted in the early hours of Thursday 12 December by a patrol car in Dunbarton Drive in Pakenham.
He was charged with loitering and attempting to steal a boat and was remanded in custody until today (Wednesday).
