Stolen wheel rims

THOUSANDS of dollars worth of tools and equipment were stolen from a Doveton business last month.
At about 8pm on Sunday 17 November, two people driving a dark-coloured ute with a bull bar and spot lights, gained access to a factory on Princess Highway, Doveton.
Once inside the premises, a compressor, drop saw and shower screens were taken.
Eight boxes containing wheel rims – four of them being 18 inch SSA and the other four 19 inch ox wheels – worth a total of $2000 were also taken.
The two people also made their way to the office area of the factory, ransacked it and taking two computer monitors worth a total of $4000.
The first offender was wearing a grey hoodie, shorts and white coloured gloves.
The second person put on a stolen shirt belonging to the factory and was wearing a grey hat with an ‘X’ on it.
