An Aussi-dog barbecue

HUNGRY pet pooches turned out on Saturday for a special doggie barbecue.
At the Pakenham Produce and Saddlery at Bald Hill Road on Saturday, staff put on a barbecue for dogs as a way to raise money for the Mobile Pet Ambulance (MPA).
While the weather was poor, Jzanelle Wilkens from Pakenham Produce said it was a great event, the first of its kind.
She said they loved to support Julie Flint from MPA, and Alice Needham from the Diamond Dog Food and Bakery donated all of the delicious dog-friendly sausages to sell to customers.
