Burn-outs lead to blow-up

TWO men have been charged following an altercation which broke out after a man did burn-outs and damaged a road in Narre Warren South.
On Friday 15 March at about 11pm, a 27-year-old man in a new model Holden Commodore utility damaged the surface of the road by doing burn-outs.
The damage caused to the roadway was $8600, which covers road surface damage for 850 metres from Harrington Drive, Sherwood Road and Community Parade, Narre Warren South. An altercation later occurred between a resident and the driver of the vehicle.
A 23-year-old man, from Narre Warren South, has been charged with intentionally causing injury and other assault related charges.
He will appear at the Dandenong Magistrates Court on 23 August.
The driver, also from Narre Warren South, is to be charged on summons.
