PAKENHAM VCAL students have the beauty of their town in mind. VCAL students from Pakenham Secondary College were successful in applying for a shire beautification grant to ‘enhance the beauty’ of an historical building. The students visit the Berwick Pakenham Historical Society building to research and design the beautification project. Students chose indigenous plants that would complement the old building and tolerate harsh weather conditions.
The planting took place last Tuesday.
